3D / 2D / Motion
A collection of high impact motion campaigns, interactive IP experiences, and system level design deployed across the Xbox 360 and Xbox One ecosystems.

To drive user acquisition and encourage Xbox 360 players to upgrade to a premium Xbox Live Gold subscription, the marketing team required a high energy promotional video. The challenge was to deliver a fast paced, engaging visual narrative that clearly showcased membership perks while adhering to strict console and hardware brand guidelines.
Utilising first party 3D console models alongside hard surface elements I modeled myself, I built a vibrant digital stage to showcase premium content. I animated the sequence with dynamic camera movements, sharp pacing, and bold typographic transitions, ensuring the final piece felt premium and upbeat.
To celebrate the arrival of an interactive Game of Thrones hub on the Xbox dashboard, the platform needed a prestigious, cinematic entry point. As the first touchpoint for fans, the landing screen had to immediately evoke the dark, epic atmosphere of the HBO series using static, flat character imagery supplied by the studio.
I developed a creative workaround to breathe life into the flat marketing assets. I projection mapped the static character images onto custom built 3D meshes, to simulated physical depth and volume. I then animated subtle, cinematic camera sweeps across the characters, layered atmospheric floating particle systems, and added dramatic lighting passes. This effectively turned a flat graphic into an immersive, living title sequence that matched the prestige of the IP.
The Xbox 360 ecosystem relied heavily on custom dashboard themes to completely immerse players during major seasonal events, store takeovers, and game launches. The challenge was to design system level background assets that maintained absolute visual legibility for UI text and dashboard tiles, while matching the strict guidelines and tone of various high profile entertainment partners.
I created a series of high fidelity themed dashboard backgrounds. Every theme was meticulously structured around the console’s interface grid, ensuring that contrasting brand artwork never compromised user navigation while remaining entirely cohesive with the broader digital marketing campaigns running across the storefront.

As a Junior Graphic Designer within the Xbox EMEA creative team, these projects served as a definitive trial by fire in managing international brand consistency. By blending advanced 3D techniques, motion graphics, and UI sensitivity, the final creative packages successfully scaled across major integrated product launches. Every asset was deployed globally, supporting regional launch campaigns across up to 40 supported countries and markets within the EMEA region.
